For over 30 years, Marée Hardwood Flooring has been serving Southwest Florida, bringing hands-on flooring experience to every stage of a floor’s life. From installing the first plank to restoring a worn finish and maintaining the surface, our work is about helping each space look its best and stand up to everyday use.
We work with homeowners, general contractors, developers and flooring partners. Whether the project is a single room or a high-rise building, our approach centers on careful workmanship, clear communication and coordination with the people involved.

Operations & punch teams
Seth is a key part of Marée Hardwood Flooring, helping run day-to-day operations and the punch teams that handle finishing details and project touch-ups. His ongoing involvement supports our crews and helps keep projects moving through completion.
Behind the installation work are our six crews, supported by access to additional labor when a project calls for more capacity. Working alongside project leadership and other trades is an essential part of how we approach larger jobs.

Jill Maree is the heart behind Marée Hardwood Flooring. Billy’s wife and Shane and Seth’s mom, she brings the same care and dedication to our company that she gives to our family.
As our secretary, HR and payroll manager, Jill keeps the office organized and our team supported. Her work behind the scenes helps our crews focus on the craftsmanship our customers count on.
To us, Jill is much more than a job title. She is our steady support, our encouragement and a daily reminder of what makes this family business special. We are deeply grateful for everything she does—and we simply wouldn’t be Marée without her.

Our services include full flooring installations, hardwood deep cleaning, oil treatments, refinishing, repairs and polyurethane top coats. We help customers discuss the condition of their floors and the service that fits their goals.
Our installation experience extends to large construction projects exceeding 100,000 square feet. Material staging, area readiness, shared access and floor-by-floor schedules all matter, and we coordinate with the wider project team to keep the flooring work moving.
